Hello cooking help please...?!


Question: Hello cooking help please!.!.!.!?
alright one of my dads favourite thing is scampi's, so for fathers day I'm making him some!.!.!. but I don't remember how to cook them :( It's been a long time!.!.!. any help here!?

btw I'm a vegetarian, I don't plan on eating the scampi's but if I need to make some sauce to put on them so I can taste it before I put it on please name vegetarian products!. ;D Or just say them and I can figure out an alternative for them!.!.!.

and what goes good with scampi's, what should I make with them!? :) Recipe please!.

btw you don't have to tell me how to de-vain them, and like cut them I know that I just need a recipe because I don't remember how to cook them!.!.!.

only thing I remember doing is taking the vein out, and with the slit down the middle i remember putting garlic butter and breadcrumbs!. XD

Sauce:
* Four tablespoons unsalted butter
* Four garlic cloves, minced
* ? teaspoon salt
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* ? cup scallions, chopped
* ? cup parsley, chopped
* Pepper to taste
* ? cup vermouth or dry white wine



Directions:
Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat!. When butter stops foaming, lower heat and add garlic!. Cook two or three minutes, until garlic softens but is not browned!.

Add shrimp in a single layer into the skillet!. If necessary, cook in batches!. Add salt, lemon juice, vermouth or wine and scallions!. If desired, turn heat up to medium!. Sauté until shrimp are pink, about one to two minutes on each side!. At medium heat shrimp should also develop a slight golden crust!.

Transfer to bowl or serving plate or serve over pasta or rice!. Salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with parsley!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
