Answers:
Fruits and vegetables have vitamins and minerals for you to stay healthy - with few calories!.
The average carrot has 13 calories, the average celery has about 6!. It's nonsensical, really - eat lots of those!

Add small amounts of carbs like rice and bread!. If you cut these out you will feel sluggish, depressed and have trouble concentrating!. Your body will also start burning glycogen and this means you will lose water weight but not really lose proper fat!.

You should eat small amounts of lean protein like chicken, egg, nuts and fish!.

Drink about half a glass of milk a day ish!. And drink tons of water!!!

The last point is cook at home - family foods - not rubbish in packets from the supermarket in jars or freezer meals!. They are full of sugar, watered down and heavy on salt and other stuff you do not need - especially if dieting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The foods that really helped me lose weight are:

Salad, Cottage Cheese, Yogurt, Apples, and Oatmeal

Since then, I've discovered that (canned) tuna is possibly the closest thing to "pure" protein that everyone raves about!. Controlled amounts of starches like rice and pasta combined with soup broth makes an awesome meal!.

Drink water!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lots of non-starchy veggies!. Bell peppers, dark leafy greens, broccoli, green beans, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc!. Have a couple of big servings of them with meals!. It will help fill you up so you don't overeat other items!. They will also help with staying full longer so you don't snack as much!.

Even though they don't fall into the "nonstarchy" category, baby carrots are great to snack on!. They fill that craving for "grab, munch, repeat" and fill you up more than other snacks!. Plus it's great nutrition!.

[Yes, the tomato recall is a pain, but you can sill get cherry tomatoes or on-the-vine tomatoes]Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fresh fruit and fresh veggies best!. Whole grains!. White meat chicken and seafood!. If you get a sweet tooth, have a handful of raisins or a couple spoonfuls of sorbet (lemon and raspberry - great on a hot day)!. Use olive and other veggie oils, not butter, when cooking/sauteing!.

Read food labels carefully - the words "low fat" on packages usually means MORE sugar!.

Diet sodas don't have calories, but don't have any nutrients either, so you WILL experience some weakness and fatique over time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
