Any type of food that will combat the hot flavor but yet enhance it!. Crackers absorb the oils from the hot food!. Corn, peas, anything sweet and natural!. Salad with tomatoes!. Tomatoes have a natural acid content that helps with the hot flavor without killing it!. Drinking anything with hot food just mixes it up more in your mouth to make every taste bud feel it!. Tomato juice is about the only thing!. (bloody mary)lol)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
