I guess by cornflour the others mean cornstarch, so I won't add that one on my list!. But you could also add sour cream which is already thick and may help you out, or cheese (parmesan is nice in creamy chicken pasta!.) Alternatively, you could strain the rest of the ingredients out of the cream and reduce it by itself in a skillet, then add it back into the other ingredients when it is the consistency you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Probably won't thicken on its own!. If you want it to thicken, mix a spoonful of cornflour with a little bit of water and add that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you have used pouring cream, then it will thicken on it's own after about 10 mins cooking on a low heat!. Thickened cream doesn't thicken when used in cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Make a roux (A mixture of butter and flour) or just add cornflour and water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
