How should I cook grass fed steaks?!

Marinate or use a dry rub with some meat tenderizer before grilling or pan fry, then add a liquid to simmer and tenderize them, like broth, wine or water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Cover with mushed up kiwi fruit(chinese gooseberry),papaya(paupau or pawpaw) or pineapple leave for 2 hours or overnight!. The fruit acts like a tenderiser and gives a nice flavour too!. Then BBQ or pan fry to your taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'd marinate them in some italian dressing, straight from the bottle, just pour it on the steaks and let it sit over night!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
