For fruits, you are looking for something that does not have strong "opposite" tastes!. You don't want sour chocolate fruits!. also, you need something with some distiguishable taste ITSELF!. so that it actually tastes good!.
i suggest: strawberries, bannanas, mangos, cherries, honeydew melons, watermelons(even),mulberries, rasperries are worth the shot too!.
For other "things" you never want anything too sweet!. This leaves the palate tangy and the person can't taste anything else!. Pretzels are a good start! They're not strong in taste!. But never have anything salty!.
I've had: Digestives, fingers, pretzels, marshmallows(not flavored), ice cream "cubes"!.
When you have your chocolate fountain, the thing that usually spoils it is the quality of the chocolate!. After the thing flows for a while, the chocolate becomes frothy and the cocoa "dies" away!.
Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
