No no no!. I never boil ribs (I love pork)

Pork should be cooked slowly and ribs should never be boiled!.

If your going to cook them in the oven try taking a roasting pan add a rack or something so the ribs won't touch the bottom, add a little water and buy some liquid smoke add ribs, cover pan with foil add one or two air holes, per heat your oven to 225 degrees and cook for 4 to 5 hours!. The meat will fall off the bone, sauce and eat!.

Warm the sauce on the stovetop

If you where going to make the ribs on a grill pre heat your grill and move the coals to one side, place your ribs on the other side and slow cook them and sauces as you turn them!.

If you have a gas grill pre heat the gill and the just turn the cooking side off!. And you might try soaking you ribs in beer for no more 30 minutes if you going to cook them on the grill adds a little kick!.

And you know you don’t cook meat until it’s gets to room temperature!.

Good luck and happy cooking!.

liquid smoke You can buy in any super market!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Boiling ribs is kind of gross!. It's old school and not necessary!. It actually pulls flavor from the meat for no reason!. If the meat is cooked slow enough it will be fine!. If you want super tender ribs, bake at 300 degrees for about an hour or more!. These do good in a slow cooker too, but for the best ribs a charcoal grill is best!. If you are baking them you can put the sauce on right away but you might want to keep them covered so they don't dry out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
