Question: What to make with 15 bags of mini marshmallows!? Please give suggestions!!?
See we bought them for Cub Scout daycamp - and forgot about them!. So now we've got 15 big bags of those mini marshmallows to enjoy (HA!)!.

Aside from the most obvious - Rice Krispie Treats - what else can we use them for!? I have to give my mom a list of stuff to buy from the store sometime this week so suggestions are welcomed!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Wow, what a treat, but 15 Bags!? Holy Moly!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.first of all, I would melt them all, in batches if necessary with lots of butter!. Then, you could save some in the Frig and freeze the rest!. (Yes, you can freeze them, put the mixture into ziploc bags minus the air and put them into your freezer) or you could try some of these recipes, they shouldn't last if you make some of these:

Marshmallow Brownies
INGREDIENTS
1 cup butterscotch chips
1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups milk chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)!. Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking pan!.
Melt butterscotch morsels and margarine in a large bowl in microwave!. Stir the mixture well and let it cool to lukewarm!.
While the liquid mixture is cooling, mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and eggs into the butterscotch mixture; mix well!. Fold in marshmallows and chocolate morsels!.
Spread batter into a lightly greased 9x13 inch pan!.
Bake 25 minutes!. Be careful not to overcook!.

Unbaked Fruit Cake
INGREDIENTS
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups raisins
2 cups chopped almonds
2 cups chopped marshmallows
2 cups candied pineapple chunks
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
2 cups dates, pitted and chopped
1 cup dried currants
1 cup chopped walnuts
4 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 tablespoons chopped candied cherries
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
DIRECTIONS
Grease one 9x13 inch pan!.
Combine all the ingredients and mix well!. Spread batter into the prepared pan!.
Let cake stand in a cool place and age for at least one week before serving!.

Rocky Road
INGREDIENTS
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup peanut butter
4 cups miniature marshmallows
DIRECTIONS
Grease a 9 x 9 inch pan!.
Heat chocolate chips and peanut butter over low heat in a medium saucepan until chips are completely melted!. Remove from heat!. Stir in marshmallows!.
Pour into prepared pan!. Cool!. Can be put into refrigerator to cool!. Cut and Enjoy!

These are a very rich, bar type cookie!. Easy to prepare, a favorite with young and old alike!. Great for picnics, potlucks, holiday cookie trays or any get together!. Warning!! They can become "addictive"

Surfer Bars

Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) package butterscotch chips
1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 large egg
3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (6 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped walnut or almond
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350°F!.
2 Grease an 8 inch square baking pan!.
3 In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt butterscotch pieces, sugar and butter, stirring constantly until all is melted!.
4 Remove from heat!.
5 Cool butterscotch mixture slightly!.
6 Add egg and beat well!.
7 Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt, mix well!.
8 Stir in remaining ingredients!.
9 Spread mixture evenly in 8 inch square pan!.
10 Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes!.
11 Cool in pan on wire rack!.

ROCKY ROAD COOKIE PIZZA

1 pkg!. Pillsbury's Best refrigerated sugar cookies
1/2 c!. chopped salted peanuts
1 c!. mini marshmallows
1 (6 oz!.) pkg!. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/3 c!. caramel ice cream topping

Heat oven to 350 degrees!. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil; grease foil!. Press cookie dough into pan!. Bake at 350 degrees for 13-16 minutes until light golden brown!. Sprinkle evenly with peanuts, marshmallows and chips!. Drizzle with caramel!. Bake an additional 5-10 minutes!. Cool completely!. Remove foil; cut into wedges and enjoy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
