HASH BROWN BAKE

1 (20 ounce) package refrigerated shredded potatoes
1/3 cup margarine, melted
1 cup finely chopped cooked ham
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped green and red bell pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Press potatoes into bottom of an ungreased 2 quart rectangular baking dish!. Drizzle with margarine!.

Bake at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned!. Cool for about 10 minutes!. Combine ham, cheese, bell pepper and spoon onto potatoes!. Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients in small bowl, stirring well!. Pour egg mixture over ham mixture!.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until set!. Let stand 10 minutes before serving!.

Yield: 4 - 6 servings

Note: Hash Brown Bake may be prepared, omitting egg mixture, and refrigerated overnight!. In the morning just add egg mixture and bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast Casserole

1/2 stick butter
1 small sweet onion chopped
1 small green pepper chopped
3 medium tomatoes chopped
24 ounce bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
12 eggs beaten
1 pound hot (or mild) breakfast sausage cooked crumbled and drained
3 cups cheddar cheese shredded

Directions
Melt butter and place in rectangular baking pan!.
Spread potatoes in bottom of pan!.
Sprinkle chopped vegetables over potatoes then add salt and pepper!.
Sprinkle meat over potatoes and vegetables!.
Pour beaten eggs over potatoes then bake at 350 for 45 minutes!.
Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese evenly over top and bake 5 minutes longer!.
Remove from oven and let set for approximately 5 minutes then cut into squares!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

* 6 slices bread, cubed
* 1 pound sausage, browned, drained
* 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
* 8 each eggs, beaten
* 2 cups milk
* 1 teaspoon, salt
* pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

(if left overnight, remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before baking)!. Bake 45 minutes at 325 degrees or until set!. Cut into squares to serve!.

I also add a shot of tabasco sauce to this, and use full fat milk!. The bread can be just but in slices, and good bread like crusty french is best, a bit stale is even better!. Green peppers, red peppers, or a bit of spinach can also be added, just cook them in with the sausage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just scramble up eggs stir green peppers ,onions crumble bacon sausage, potatoes and anything else its your casserole maybe some dif kinds of cheese would be good knock yourself out be creative you can had anything and bake for about 30-45 mints on 350 it Will be lovely!Www@FoodAQ@Com
