2 cups =16 oz (or little less)of stewed tomatoes
2 cups=16 oz of cooked black beans
Stew your tomatoes about 3 cups it will shrink down , when you drain em keep a little less than 2 cups!. 14 oz instead of 16oz!.
Cook your dried black beans accordingly and drain them and keep 2 cups or a couple Tablespoons less if you want to be exact!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

For the tomatoes!.!.!.cut up just under a pound of tomatoes!.
For the beans!.!.by dried beans, soak them and cook themWww@FoodAQ@Com

You need to cut them up and measure them out!. You might need to pre-cook them depending on the recipe!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
