Yes but that makes an actual whipped cream if you are using plain old granulated sugar!. If you are wanting more of a frosting that holds it's shape use confectioners sugar!. There's a little cornstarch in it to help the peaks stay stiff!. If you don't have any put your regular sugar in the blender for a few minutes and add a little cornstarch! (Or omit the cornstarch and you have superfine sugar for rimming martini glasses)!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, that is whipped cream, as others have said!. You could add some cream of tartar to make it like a meringue, but that would be a fine frosting for a cake by itself!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
