Good thinking! Yes, scrambled eggs and pasta are good together! If you have some ham or bacon, that would be good, too, and some cheese and tomato (canned would be fine, if you drain some before you put it in)!.
Take and chop some ham or bacon and add some chopped onion if you have it!. Cook until the meat is cooked/heated through and the onion is tender!. Whip up the eggs with a tiny bit of cold water (1 t water to 3 large eggs) and a little salt and pepper!. Put the pasta in to the pan with the meat and onion and stir a moment!. Add the egg and scramble as normal (only about 3 minutes)!. Add the tomato and cheese at the last minute!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Nikki has a good idea!.!.!.scramble up some eggs (with salt, pepper, however you like)!. When the eggs are almost cooked (solid, but not dry) add the pasta, some soy sauce, and any veggies that you think would be good in a fried rice!. There you have it!.!.!.instead of fried rice, fried pasta!Www@FoodAQ@Com
My mom likes to make what she calls "fried noodles"!.!.!. basically she scrambles the eggs, sometimes with some cheese, and then throws in some boiled noodles and fries them with the eggs!. It's pretty good, and quite cheap!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
How about a eggs with a side of pasta!? Heat the pasta with a little butter in the microwave and top with parmesean cheese!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I would just fry up the eggs (like in fried rice) & maybe mix in some teriaki sauce!. I bet it would be goods!. Peas & carrots would be a good addition also =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
