What they said!.!.!.any wheat type of flour that is high in fiber, some kind of lean meat-usually chicken or turkey, seafood is supposed to be really good for you- tuna and salmon are usually good for lunch meat-my grandmother makes salmon salad (like tuna salad) it comes in cans too but there aren't as many salmon fans as tuna!.
Some high fat foods-peanut butter, eggs and avocado's, maybe some cheeses also 'eat' certain fats!.!.!.
and, of course lots of veggies, the more colorful or darker/deeper the color, the better
(I also know from personal experience that after you eat these for a while, the better they taste to you and you're less likely to want other, more unhealthy alternatives)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I love having pepper turkey wraps!. I typically add pepper turkey, lettuce, onion, tomato, avocado sliced thin, bacon, and a little mayo!. You can easily make this to your parameters by using low fat mayo (or even fat free), and turkey bacon! Yumm!

* The wraps they sell these days are great! They come in all flavors and colors from the deli department!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
