What is the best baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe (with or without meat)?!


Question: What is the best baked Macaroni and Cheese recipe (with or without meat)!?

Make a roux with a little butter and flour!. Add milk so you have a medium thick white sauce!. Add a mixture of cheeses, I like sharp cheddar and american, or I also like mozzarella with the cheddar!. What ever you like!.
Add a little dry mustard to the cheese sauce
Boil up your macaroni!.
Add the macaroni to the cheese sauce and pour into a casserole and sprinkle with more cheese and bake until brown and bubbly hot!.
You can also add any of the following if you like!.
Bacon, sun dried tomatoes, crab or lobster!. What ever you like!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here's my recipe!. 1 can Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup, 1 8oz!. sour cream, 1 package powdered hidden valley ranch dips mix, 1 package Lil smokies Cheddar, and half a can milk, 1 1/4 cups mac noodles!. Boil noodles until tender!. Mix Cheddar cheese soup with 8oz!. sour cream, add half of the powder ranch, and a dash of pepper!. use the empty soup can and fill half way with milk; add milk to sauce!. dice smokies into little Pisces, and add to sauce once noodles are done drain and mix all ingredients together!. Pour into a casserole dish, and top with grated Parmesan, and Italian bread crumbs, and bake uncovered on 350 for 30Min's!. Very yummy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
