Chocolate Frosting Question??!!?!


Question: Chocolate Frosting Question!?!?!!!?
Hey
I volunteered to make my special vegan cake at a party and its a double layered cake (chocolate) and i need some good chocolate frosting ideas!.
I don't have:
Confectioners Sugar
I cant use eggs because its vegan

I do have
Cocoa Powder
Milk
Butter
Flour
Blah blah blah
And regular sugar (granulated)

I would really like a recipe that used the coca powder rather then the chocolate but if theres nothing i else i will settle for it

Answers:
Chocolate Frosting
1 c sugar
6 tbl corn starch
4 tbl cocoa
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbl oil
1 c water
1/2 tsp vanilla
Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, and cocoa in a medium sauce pan!. Whisk in the water!. Heat over medium until it gets thick and starts to boil!. Boil for 1-2 minutes!. (Make sure you don’t boil too long, or it will set like taffy!.) Remove from heat and stir in oil and vanilla!. Cool and spread on cooled cake!. Enjoy!

Makes: enough frosting for 1 cake

Sugar-free Vegan Chocolate Frosting Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 cup margarine, softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup maple syrup
Preparation:
Process all ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth and creamy!.

Sometimes vegans will not eat sugar because of the bone char that is used to sift it, I found that out a while ago, so here is analternative!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Easy Vegan Chocolate Frosting Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 tsp vegan margarine
1/4 cup hot water
2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Over very low heat, or in a microwave on low power, melt the chocolate and vegan margarine together!.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the hot water
Slowly stir in the sugar until the frosting is creamy!. You may not need the entire 2 cups of sugar!.

Just curious if you have made this cake before how did you make the frosting the other times!? Was it frosting less!?
