Question: I am making a quiche for an assesment tomorrow and I need to serve it with parsley!. How should i present it!?
The parsley I mean!. Just a sprig on the side!? all chopped up and scattered over it really thin!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would recommend you chop some and include it in the mix/ or sprinkle some over the top when its part cooked!. and I would still serve it with some fancy lettuce on the side, grated carrot and a sprig on the side!.

Or for the minimalist look just the Quiche and sprig on the side!.

I would chop some flat leaf parsley and sprinkle it over the quiche, and use a few leaves grouped on a stem as a garnish!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
