Have you ever used a Chinese squash?!

Question: Have you ever used a Chinese squash!?
They are small sort of pear shaped, I'm not sure it it is a fruit or veggie!. I think veggie as there are really no seeds in them!.
They taste a cross between an apple and celery, maybe!?
I use them in stir fry, but wondered what other uses people have for them!. ThanksWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You can eat it raw with dip!. also is good making something like mashed potatoes with!. It is a little saltier than our American squash so watch whatever salt you add to it!.

You can also use it as a roasting vegetable with whatever meats you like!. You also need to peel them before using them!.

BTW it is also called a fuzzy melon, chinese winter squash!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
