Answers:
There are a few ways I like to make rice, but I'll just give you the easier ones :)

Carrot & Raisin Rice:

3 C - Cooked Rice
3 tbsp - Butter
Salt to taste
1/2 C - Raisins (Black or Golden)
1 C - Shredded Carrots

In a saucepan on Med-Hi heat, melt butter then add carrots and fry till slightly golden!. Then add raisins and mix in well!. Add rice in and mix around!.

Angel Hair Pasta Rice:

3 C - Uncooked Rice
1 Stick of Butter or Margarine
1 C - Uncooked Angel Hair Pasta
Salt to Taste
Water

In a large pot, melt butter or margarine and put angel hair pasta in, fry till golden brown!. Add rinsed rice and pour water in to about 3/4 - 1 inch above rice!. Add salt (1-2 tsp) and mix quickly, but gently!. Cover and let cook!. When rice is cooked, you may add more butter and salt according to your preference!.

Hope that helped! I know a couple of other ones if you are interested!. Let me know if you have other questions =]Www@FoodAQ@Com

i fry finely diced onions chopped peppers and sliced mushrooms in butter and then add rice and turmeric and fresh chicken stock available from your local supermarket and than add salt to your taste you could also add garlic if that is to your tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com

Reduce 1 pint of a supermarket bought fish stock by half, when this has reduced enough cook some king prawns, add the cooked rice and some rocket and a little ground black pepper stir in the fish stock and eat!. Easy but tastes greatWww@FoodAQ@Com
