I need a recipe for a breakfast casserole using eggs, shredded cheese, sausage, and canned biscuits. Help!?!


Question: I need a recipe for a breakfast casserole using eggs, shredded cheese, sausage, and canned biscuits!. Help!!?
Specifically, I'm not sure if the biscuits need to be on the bottom of the casserole, or the top, and if they need to be pre-baked, and if the eggs need pre-cooked before baking, etc!. I'm clueless with food prep!.

You don't need to prebake anything!. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!.

Put the uncooked biscuits at the bottom of the casserole dish and even them out as best you can!. Chop up and layer the sausage evenly next!.

Whisk up about six eggs with two tables spoons of milk or water and pour the mixture over the biscuits and sausage!. Then distribute the cheese evenly over the mixture and bake for about 22-28 minutes at 350!. Check at about 15 minutes (depending on altitude, your biscuits might cook faster!.

Another alternative is to whisk the eggs with sausage and cheese and them pour the misture over the biscuit!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jen's Biscuit Topped Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1/2 lb breakfast sausage
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
4 large refrigerated biscuit (from a can, uncooked)


Directions
1Preheat over to 350 degrees and grease a 1 quart dish!.
2Brown your sausage and drain the grease!.
3Mix sour cream, mustard and sausage!. Place on bottom of baking dish!.
4Put layer of cheese over top!.
5Scramble the eggs and add onion flakes, salt and pepper!. Pour over the cheese!.
6Sprinkle with paprika!.
7Bake 25 minutes (and make sure eggs are cooked)!.
8Remove from oven, increase temp to 375 degrees, place biscuits over top of the eggs, return to over and baken an additional 7 minutes or until biscuits are done to your liking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cheese And Sausage Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
2 cups dry chicken stove top stuffing mix (from the canister)
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups cubed ham (or use Bob Evans Sausage, cooked, drained well, and crumbled)
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
1 Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease a 9 x 12 baking dish!.
2 Mix all the ingredients together!.
3 Pour into prepared baking dish!.

skip the biscuits!.

cook sausage in a skillet!. until fully done and crumbly!.
feel free to add onions and bell pepper!. if that's not available, add picante sauce (like 3 tablespoons)!.

whisk eggs in a bowl!. add a lil milk and salt and pepper to taste!. add cheese to the mixture!.

pour sausage in a over safe dish!. then pour egg mixture over it!.

pop it in the oven on 350 until the middle is no longer jiggly!. time will vary depending on how many eggs you use!.

wisk the eggs and add some cream to it to thicken them up!. pre-cook the buscuts!. but if you can use fresh or even day old bread from the deli!.!.!. it would be better!. place the bread down first, then the cooked sausage then the cheese!. pour the whipped eggs over the bread, sausage and cheese!.
