abotu 2/3 full, not quite 3/4 full!.!.!.!. no matter what size they are!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

unsure if you are using a mini cupcake tray or a regular tray!.
If using a mini c!.c!. tray just fill about 3/4 as you would normally!. (more than 3/4 filling and c!.c!. tray can result in over rising and possible top splitting of mixture!. some people like the slight over fill look, where the centre is raised but if you are icing is it fair easier for a flat top)
If you are using a regular tray only fill it 1/2 full!.
I almost always using two spoons, one to scoop the other to slide mixture off, spoons are great because you can just chose a different sized spoon to the size of the product that you are aiming for!. Good luckWww@FoodAQ@Com

hmmmm if they r mini cupcakes then it would take about 2-3 table spoons or for any size cupcake u should fill about 2/3rd of the tin!. there must always be some space for the cupcake to rise!. :) hope i was a help:)Www@FoodAQ@Com

I am assuming you are using a mini muffin pan!. I love this trick as it makes little bit sized cupcakes!. I use a tbsp measuring spoon This seems to add just the right amount!. Have you ever done this with brownie mix!? It makes great little snack sized brownies without the crumbs!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Usually, when I make regular sized muffins, I fill the mold about 3/4 of the way to the top!. So, I guess that if you were making smaller muffins, only fill it about 1/2 way!.

Good luck and I hope they turn out great!. :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

i take it you are using the mini-muffin tin!. just fill them about 2/3 full!. i have a small ice cream scoop that i bought for making cookies that works pretty well!. other than that, a gravy ladle , not fill full, works!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fill the paper liners 1/2 full!. I use a large serving spoon to fill mine!.
