Marinate your chicken in Italian dressing for about 1 hour then roll in Italian style bread crumbs that have Parmesan and Romano cheeses mixed in - bake at 375 degrees F for 45 minutes to 1 hour depending upon how thick/big they are!. Serve with roasted potatoes, a veggie or salad!.

1 box of stuffing mix like Stove Top
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can condensed Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup - I like Campbell's but any brand will work
1/2 soup can of milk
1/4 cup bread crumbs - I like Italian style
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F!. In a small bowl, mix the can of soup and milk; set aside!. Make stuffing mix according to package directions and spread into a greased 13x9 in baking pan!. Place chicken pieces over the stuffing!. Cover with the soup mixture!. Sprinkle the shredded cheese and bread crumbs over the top of the chicken and bake for 45 minutes to one hour depending upon how thick you chicken pieces are!. Serve with a green salad!.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F!. Place chicken pieces/pork chops in a baking dish and cover with 1/2 the pie filling!. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken/chops are tender and juices run clear!. Half way through cooking, pour the rest of the pie filling over the chicken!. Serve with roasted or mashed potatoes and a green salad or veggie!.

Melt a little butter in a big heavy frying pan, add some slice onion and cook until tender!. Put you chicken breasts or pieces/pork chops into the frying pan and brown on both sides!. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce, cover the pan and simmer until the chicken/chops are tender!. Serve with rice, potato salad or mashed potatoes and a veggie!.

chicken and potato chip casserole
great for really really quick dinner!.
chicken (any kinda you want, can be left overs) exept take the bones out
mayonaise
creamed cheese
cheese(cheddar or mottzorella !.!.!.anything really, just not sliced cheese)
lays or any type of potato chips
spices(whatever you like, just dont put too much!.)
mix everything together (sorry, i dont have exact proportions because whenever i make it, i just put however much i think looks right)
put it into a baking dish (not cake pan)
crush some of you potato chips and cover the top with it!.
bake until the chips on the top are golden brown on the sides!.

3/4 cup marinara sauce
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/4 cup Sour Cream
2 slices Bacon, cooked, crumbled
4 ounces refrigerated linguine, cooked, drained
Cooking Directions
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat!. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 min!. or until shrimp turn pink!.
Reduce heat to low; stir in sauce, peas, sour cream and bacon!. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently!. Add hot pasta; toss to coat!.
Yield: 2 servings

1 medium yellow onion, halved and sliced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 lb!. skinless boneless chicken breast, cut into 6 pieces
1 zucchini, chopped
14-1/2 oz!. canned tomatoes, with juice
1 t!. dried oregano
2 bay leaves
1 t!. kosher salt
1/4 t!. freshly ground black pepper
2 oz!. Feta cheese, crumbled
Preheat oven to 400°F!.
Heat the oil in a Dutch oven or large skillet!. Saute onion and garlic for about 5 minutes over medium-high heat until the onion turns golden brown!. Add the chicken and stir and cook until all sides turn white!. Add the zucchini and cook for 10 minutes!.
Pour the juice from the canned tomatoes into the pot!. Break up the tomatoes and add them to the pot!. Stir in the oregano, bay leaves, salt, and pepper!. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes!. Top with Feta and place, uncovered, in the oven for 15 minutes!.
Yield: 4 servings!.

1/2 to 1 pound corned beef, cooked, chopped
1/4 cup thousand island salad dressing
1 can sauerkraut (16 oz), drained & rinsed
1/2 pound shredded Swiss cheese
6 slices rye bread, crumbled
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
Place corned beef in a lightly greased 9- X 13-inch baking dish!. Dot with the dressing!. Spread sauerkraut over top; sprinkle with cheese!. Toss breadcrumbs with the butter; sprinkle over cheese!.
Bake at 350° F!. for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly!.
Serves 6!.

salt and pepper
3 large potatoes, sliced
2 Carrots, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown ground beef in a skillet with chopped onions; cook until onions are tender!. Drain off excess fat; transfer ground beef and onion to casserole dish!.
Add layer of sliced raw potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper; shred carrots to cover potatoes!. Put soup over carrots!.
Bake at 350° F!. for 40 to 50 minutes, or until potatoes are tender!.
Sprinkle shredded cheese over top and bake for about 5 minutes longer, or until cheese is melted!.

2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 3/4 cups hot water
1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
1 cup spaghetti sauce
8 slices Monterey jack cheese
2 Italian sausages, cooked and sliced
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1 (2 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Prepare Rice-a-Roni with butter and water, according to package directions!. Let stand until all liquid is absorbed!. Fold in Cheddar cheese!. Spread into 10-inch pie plate!. Bake at 450 degrees F for 5 minutes to set crust!.

Brush chicken with 1 tablespoon of the oil; sprinkle 1/4 teaspoon each salt and black pepper!. On charcoal grill, cook chicken on rack directly over medium coals for 12 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink, turning once halfway through grilling time!.
Place beans in microwave-safe 1-1/2-quart dish!. Add 1 tablespoon water!. Cover with vented plastic wrap!. Cook on high 3 minutes; drain!.

INGREDIENTS
4 ounces farfalle pasta
2 cups water
1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granules
1/4 cup canned green peas
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
In a small pot cook farfalle pasta with the 2 cups of water!. Add chicken bouillon and boil until water has reduced!.
Stir in butter and peas!. Add red pepper flakes, if desired!.
Serve with sprinkled parsley on top!.

Here's my favorite!. Boil 12 oz!. of pasta (any shape), toss with a tub of pesto, top with the Parm/asiago/Romano mix in the freezer, fresh pepper, and chopped cilantro!.
