Here are some ideas:

Cinnamon Vanilla Custard: blend 6 eggs with 2 cups milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla and 1/2 tsp cinnamon!. Place in custard cups or baking dish!. Sprinkle tops with sugar!. Place dish in larger baking pan and fill 3/4 of the way with water!. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until tops are golden and browned!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Roll Out Cookie Dough

1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Lg!. Egg
1 tsp!. Vanilla
2 tsp!. Baking Powder
3 Cups Flour

Cream together butter and sugar!. Beat in egg and vanilla!. Add baking powder and flour!. Makes a stiff dough!. Roll out with a little flour and use cookie cutters to make shapes!. Refrigerate about 1 hour then bake at 400 for 6-10 minutes or until slightly brown at edges!. Refrigerating keeps them from spreading when they bake, so they will keep their shape!.

1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon bakeing soda
1 egg
grease & flour pan 8x9
350 degrees for 25 min

Sponge cake is very basic!. You can ice it, use several layers and put filling in between the layers!.

1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons plus 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
8 large eggs
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!. In a small saucepan, warm the milk and 2 teaspoons of the butter together over medium-low heat!. With an electric mixer fitted with a wire whip, beat the eggs and 1 cup of the sugar on medium-high speed in a large mixing bowl until the mixture is pale yellow, thick, and tripled in volume, about 8 minutes!. With the mixer on low speed, beat in the warm milk mixture!. Sift the flour, baking powder, and salt into a small mixing bowl!. Add half the flour mixture to the egg mixture and blend thoroughly until smooth!. Repeat with the other half!. Add the vanilla and mix gently!. Grease a 17 by 12-inch baking pan or jelly-roll pan with the remaining 2 tablespoons butter!. Sprinkle evenly with the remaining 2 tablespoons sugar!. Pour the cake batter into the pan, spreading it evenly!. Bake until the cake springs back when touched, about 15 minutes!. Cool for about 2 minutes, then gently flip it out onto a large sheet of parchment paper!. Let cool completely

1 cup butter or oil

2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp cinnamon


mix it all up!.!.!.add more flour and sugar if need be!.!.!.it should make a nice ball!. stick in the fridge for about an hour and you are good to go! i would make the dough in advance tho!.

bake at 350 for 8-10 min

What kind of oil are we talking about here!? There's a big difference between canola, olive oil, and crisco!.

However, even if it isn't you can make creme anglaise out of milk, sugar, eggs, and vanilla!. That can be made into a custard (e!.g!. creme brulee or creme caramel) or ice cream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You could make crepes!. There are lots of recipes for basic crepes!. You can fill them with fruit or cinnamon sugar or sprinkle with lemon and sugar, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
