Question: What is your typical meal from breakfast to dinner!?
Answers:
Although breakfast varies from cereal to kippers,marmalade on toast,the full English,or last night's curry with a spoon,we do not have typical meals!.Imagine eating anywhere in the world and having friends who like that approach!.We collect cook books and just imagine where we would like to be and cook ourselves around the world!.Friends drop round and their national cuisines vary from India,Italy,China to where ever we can imagine!.They role their sleeves up and we have cooking parties,Www@FoodAQ@Com

breakfast- fruit smoothie or toast with peanut butter
lunch- left overs from the night before or a turkey sandwich and pickles
dinner- some kind of meat (either a piece of steak, chicken, fish, pork or a stir fry/ shish-q-bob , 2 veges(salad, and a cooked vegetable like green beans, broccoli, or zucchini), a starch (rice, potato, or pasta), fruit (applesauce, pineapple, canned peaches)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast-Big Muffin with milk or Juice
Lunch- Sandwich w/ chips/fries and fruit
Dinner- Entree with 2 sides!.

I usually have a little snack at 10am like fruit because I get up at 5am so I'm starving a few hours before lunch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oatmeal, or dry cereal!. Toast or an English muffin!. Coffee

Sandwich of some sort!. Tea!.

Chicken, or beef, or polish sausage, or seafood, or eggs and toast!. A dessert of some sort!. Tea or water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Breakfast: sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit, or fruit
Lunch: sandwich or burger

9-fruit

6-chicken!?!?

I tend to eat a lot of pasta or stir fry!. They are easy and quick to prepare and simple to make portion sizes for one person!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
