Answers:
yes, toss with a little flour before adding, helps them from falling to the bottom!. Gently fold them in, then pour in cake pan!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hello,
You can add chocolate chips to cakes, muffins, brownies etc!.!.!.!. but you need to toss them in about 1/4 cup of flour or they will sink to the bottom and burn!. The extra flour will not harm your baked product and will keep the chips dreamily floating in your in your cake!.

Good Luck!
I hope this helps!

Well if it is a mix I would suggest not doing it, because it is hard to tell if a mix is a light or heavy cake!. If it is from scratch, make sure it is a very thick batter because the chips may sink to the bottom and believe me, it is REALLY messy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh sure, absolutely you can! And if you toss them in flour before adding to the batter, they won't sink to the bottom while baking!.

Have fun and enjoy that cake!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it's fine!. But if you have a really thin cake batter they might sink to the bottom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
