Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

1 package (8 ounces) elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2-1/4 cups (9 ounces) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese, divided
2 tablespoons Italian-flavored breadcrumbs

1!. Preheat the oven to 350°F!. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray!. Cook the macaroni according to the package directions until firm; drain and set aside!.
2!. In a large saucepan, melt the butter over low heat!. Stir in the flour, and cook for 1 to 2 minutes!.
3!. Add the milk, salt, and pepper, and cook over medium heat, until the mixture starts to bubble, stirring occasionally!.
4!. Remove the mixture from the heat and add 2 cups cheese, stirring until melted!. Add the macaroni; mix well then pour into the baking dish!.
5!. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup cheese and sprinkle with the bread crumbs!. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the mixture is bubbly and the top is golden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients:
4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, drained
1 can (10 ounces) diced tomatoes and green chilies, undrained
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese, divided
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
Directions:
In a greased 11-in!. x 7-in!. x 2-in!. microwave-safe dish, combine the macaroni, tomatoes and 3/4 cup cheese; mix well!. Cover and microwave on high for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes; stir!. Cover and heat 45 seconds longer!. Sprinkle with bacon and remaining cheese!. Microwave, uncovered, for 20-40 seconds longer or until cheese is melted!. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving!. Sausage meat can be used in place of the ground beef, and any small pasta can be substituted for the macaroni!. If you like more chili flavor then add in a couple tablespoons of chili powder!. I have even added in some red kidney beans and sliced green olives to this casserole, but that is optional!. This casserole can be completely prepared up to 24 hours in advance, cover the casserole dish tightly with plastic wrap, then refrigerate until ready to bake, increase the cooking time slightly!.

Mexi Ground Beef Chili Macaroni Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
2 tablespoons minced fresh garlic
1 onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1-2 teaspoon dried chili pepper flake (optional or to taste, add in if you like spicy!)
2 (1 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
8 slices bacon (cooked till very crisp and chopped)
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
1-2 tablespoon brown sugar (optional)
seasoning salt (can use white salt)
pepper
3 cups cooked macaroni (can use less, cook the macaroni to JUST firm-tender)
4 cups shredded tex-mex cheese, divided (or to taste or cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese)
Directions
1 In a large skillet brown the beef with dried chili flakes, onion, garlic and the green pepper until the beef is no longer pink (about 10-12 minutes, make sure the beef is well browned) drain any fat!.
2 Add in taco seasoning mix with Parmesan cheese; mix to combine and cook 1 minute!.
3 Add in the cooked chopped bacon, tomato sauce, 2 cans tomato soup and brown sugar (if using); simmer for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally!.
4 Season with seasoning salt and pepper and mix in 2 cups shredded Tex-Mex or cheddar cheese!.
5 Add in the cooked macaroni pasta; mix to combine!.
6 Set oven to 350 degrees F!.
7 Grease a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish (or larger)!.
8 Transfer the mixture to the casserole dish!.
9 Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, then about 2 cups (or more)grated Tex-Mex or cheddar cheese!.
10 Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, or until bubbly and the cheese has melted!.

Ingredients
1 (16 ounce) package macaroni (elbows, shells or rotini work great)
1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 cups cottage cheese
1 (16 ounce) carton sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
1Preheat oven to 350°F
2Slightly cook macaroni in boiling water and kosher salt!. Allow to cool!.
3Combine cottage cheese and sour cream and mix well!.
4Add beaten eggs, salt and pepper and mix well!.
5Fold in cheese reserving about 1/2 cup for topping!.
6Add cooled macaroni!.
7Place mixture in a slightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish and sprinkle top with reserved cheese!. Cook for approximately 30 minutes or until edges start to turn golden!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Green Bean Casserole With Fried Onion
* 2 cans French style green beans
* 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
* 1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
* 1 can fried onions
- Drain the green beans!.
- Pour into a casserole dish cover with the soup, sprinkle the crumbs over top and top with the onions!.
- Cover loosely with foil!. Remove the foil for the last 10 minutes!.
- Bake in preheated oven at 350° for about half an hour when nice and bubbly!.


Cheesy Spinach Casserole
* 2 10-oz!. packages frozen chopped spinach
* 3 oz!. cream cheese
* 1/4 c!. butter
* 1/2 c!. pecans, chopped (walnuts work well too)
* 1/4 c!. Parmesan cheese
* Salt and pepper
- Cook spinach in salted water!. Drain!.
- Melt cream cheese and butter together and add to spinach!. Put in casserole dish!. Top with parmesan and pecans!. Heat at 350 degrees!.
* About 4 servings


Bacon & Egg Casserole
* 6 eggs, beaten
* 6 slices of bread, cubed
* 1 c!. Cheddar cheese, grated
* 1 lb!. cooked bacon
* 2 c!. milk
* 1 tsp!. salt
* 1 tsp!. dry mustard
Butter casserole dish!. Lay cooked bacon on bottom of casserole!. Add remaining ingredients together!. Pour over bacon!. Cover and refrigerate for 12 hours!. Bake in 350-degree oven, covered, for 1/2 hour!. Uncover,
and bake 45 minutes more!. Serves 6!.

mac and tuna casserole

1 stick velveeta
1/4 cup milk
1 LB elbow mac
1 can green peas
2 cans tuna, drained ( albacore white)
1 pkg crushed crackers
1 9X13 baking pan

boil noodles
add velveeta and milk till melted
ADD peas and tuna
spread into pan
sprinkle crackers on top

Top cooked maccaroni with equal parts melted gorgonzolla and marscarpone cheese!. Then bake in oven!.Taste so good and not blue cheesey at all!. When you melt the cheeses make a lil rue before with butter and flour then add the cheese!.
