wash them!. break off the ends!. pour a little olive oil in a sautee pan!. add asparagus and sautee for 3-4 minutes with salt and pepper!. Then add cooking sherry on medium heat for about 3 more minutes!. It's really good and super easy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I cut off about 1/4" (you can actually peel the white off, and it will be green underneath)!.!.!.!. put them in a single layer with 1/4" water, cover with wax paper and microwave for about 2-3 min!. All of these ways sound really good!. I like to lightly steam then just until crisp/tender, then broil in the oven with a hollandaise sauce and some parmeasan cheese, just until browned!.

The best way is to snip off the ends, rub with a lil olive oil and sprinke with salt!. Bake at 350 for 10 min!. Perfect every time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
