Need easy, healthy lunch ideas!?!

Question: Need easy, healthy lunch ideas!!?
So, I used to have only my little sister to look after and we usually ate Ramen Noodles, but now I have to feed myself, my little sister, my 2 step-brothers, and my step-dad's mom!. My 2 step-brothers and my step-dad's mom are very picky eaters!. My step-brothers don't eat onions or spicy things or vegetables if they can help it!. My step-dad's mom, however, doesn't eat, wait for it, GREEN VEGETABLES! I have no clue how to cook like this! I usually cook very healthy for other people, but now it seems like I have to hide all of the ingredients!.
So, anyway, I need easy, healthy, and altogether, good lunch food recipes!.
Thank You,

and if they don't like tortilla bread you can try panini sandwiches,my kids love them!crepes are awesome,i use
1cup of flour
1 1/2 cup of milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup of sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 table spoon of melted butter!.!.!.
mix dry ingredients ten whisk in wet ingredients to get rid of all lumps
This is The classic french crepes recipe!.they are thin ,not the fluffy pancake type!.I use to make those for myself when I was like 10!. Easy to make, filling with the eggs and very popular with syrup on it!.!. oh and easy to chew for older picky eaters lolWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'd concentrate on the kids menu- the step granny is on her own as far as I'm concerned, unless she's infirm and unable to fend for herself!. Lunch could be wraps- you can have an assortment of meats, cheeses, pickles, condiments and let them make their own with whatever appeals to them!. Even maybe have sliced hard boiled eggs handy, if possible, since they're high in protein!. Soups are good if it's not too hot- tomato soup is high in vitamin C, and most kids like it with a cheese sandwich- grilled or not!. Even fresh fruit with some yougurt- great if it's hot could work!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
