Using broiler pan?!
In the broiler I have, there is a tray on top that covers a pan (looks like it could be used for baking also)!. My question is for those who have seen what I am talking about, is it possible that I could use the actual tray to put my food in, or am I suppose to just use the top cover (which I usually do)!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

You have to use the two together
Here's a great tidbit of info
If you really want it to tastes Scrumdiliumptious
Then you add some soaked herbs or soaked wood chips in between the two pans or even water , this adds more flavors and keeps it moist also and I say this with much love!.!.!.!.
PREHEAT the broiler pan first!!
It's a crying shame that some people will put their meat on a cold pan and then put it in the oven!.!.!.!.Like I said before if you put a little liquid in between then preheat the oven with the pan
It's a whole world of difference!
ps!.!.!.spray it down with pam, too!.!.!.makes clean-up easy!
Good Luck!
