How can I prepare creamed corn that I mistakenly bought at the grocery store?!


Question: How can I prepare creamed corn that I mistakenly bought at the grocery store!?
Every time that I go and buy corn, I always end up with one can of creamed corn!. I have no idea how to prepare this, any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try Baked Corn, my boyfriend LOVES it and has to have it at holiday dinners

12 ounces corn, canned
12 ounces corn, cream-style
3 ounces sour cream
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
12 ounces corn muffin mix
Preheat oven to 350F!. Combine the two corns, sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix!. Mix well and pour into one 9x13 inch baking pan!. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Just empty the can in a bowl, add a little butter and microwave it for 2 or 3 minutes and serve it!. It is a quick easy portion for a meal!. You can serve it over plain bread, mashed potatoes and use it instead of gravy!. I happen to like it this way!. My grandfather would slice hot dogs and mix them in with the creamed corn, heat, and serve over toast!.

Add a can of milk to the creamed corn, heat, season with ground black pepper, and serve as cream of corn soup!.
