Cheesy Sour Cream Potatoes
4 medium russet potatoes -- cut into 6 wedges
-- each
Nonstick cooking spray
1 tbsp Mrs Dash onion herb seasoning
1/2 tsp salt and pepper
2 cups nonfat cheddar cheese -- grated
1/2 cup nonfat sour cream
2 tbsp chopped green onions
1 tbsp chopped parsley
Boil potatoes until just tender!. Do not overcook or they will fall apart!.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees!. Spray shallow baking dish with nonstick spray!.
Place potatoes in baking dish, sprinkle with herb mixture, salt and pepper!.
Place in oven about 35-40 minutes, until brown!. Sprinkle with cheese!. Bake
5 minutes more, or until cheese is melted!. Pour sour cream on top!. sprinkle
with green onions and parsley!.

Roasted Onion Garlic Potatoes
6 Medium Idaho potatoes
1 med onion, chopped
3-4 Cloves garlic
2 Tablespoon fresh Italian parsley, chopped
2 Teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
Wash and dry the unpeeled potatoes!. Cut into ? inch thick cubes and
dry with paper towels!. Place the potatoes in an oven proof baking
dish!. Drizzle on the olive oil and toss to coat the potatoes!. Crush
the garlic with the flat section of a knife and then mince!. Place the
garlic in a bowl and add the salt!. Mash with a spoon until it becomes
almost a paste!. Toss with the potatoes!. To the potatoes add the
onions, parsley and red pepper flakes!. Toss to mix well!. Bake in
a preheated 400oF oven for 45 minutes stirring frequently!. Remove from
the oven and broil 4 inches from the flame for 10 minutes or until
golden!.

1/4 cup melted butter
1-3/8 oz!. envelope onion soup mix
1 Tbs!. rosemary
3 baking potatoes, unpeeled
Combine butter, soup mix, and rosemary!. Scrub potatoes, and cut into
slices 1/2" thick!. Combine butter mixture and potatoes; toss gently!.
Arrange in a shallow baking dish!. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour

-Twice Baked Potatoes: Scrub the potatoes well in cold water, pat them dry, wrap in foil, bake until tender!. Let cool &then slice in half!. Scoop out the potato halves !.!.!.leaving a "shell"!. Take the inside of the potato, mash slightly, combine with butter, crushed garlic, some sour cream, real bacon bits, chopped green onions & sharp cheddar cheese!. Take that mixture and put it back into the potato shells!. Place them in a baking dish, cover it with foil and bake at 350 for about 10-15 minutes!. They are great!.
-Roasted Potatoes with Garlic & Rosemary: Scrub your potatoes in cold water & pat them dry!. Cut the potatoes into 2 inch cubes & place in a baking dish!. Drizzle the potatoes with extra virgin olive oil, sprinkle with 1/2 tsp!. of finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves, add in 2 cloves of crushed fresh garlic cloves, season with sea salt & fresh cracked pepper!. I make potato fritters

Au gratin potatoes! cut them up into circles, get valveeta cheese, green onions, and some other ingredients everyone has their own recipe for it but they all usually come out the same!. Try googling some recipes for it! you wont regret itWww@FoodAQ@Com
