I think Indian Channa is the easiest recipe in the world!.

You need to buy a Channa mix at the grocery store - it's a little package of dried spices!. Or, any curry-type seasoning would work!. Dump a can of chickpeas into a skillet along with the spice mix, an onion and about a cup of water and let simmer!. After 20 min or so, mash it slightly with a potato masher or fork and serve over rice with pita and plain yogurt on the side!. Super easy and very tasty - and it works every time!.

You can add chicken or tofu to this recipe if you want!.

also - there is NOTHING easy about making perogies!.

Happy cooking!Www@FoodAQ@Com

My fave is a sandwich!.!.!. it can be as foreign as you wanna make it!.
If you mean a recipe i would make myself a chilli,
fry off a bit of minced beef (i would usually use between 500-750grams) throw in some onion and garlic, drain off the excess fat!. next throw in some chopped ( 1 x tinned or passata) tomatoes, beef stock cube 1/2 pint of water, chilli powder, and a tablespoon of tomato puree!.You can add in some veg like mushrooms or whatever!. If you're a veggie!.!.!. don't use the meat! Mix it all in together and simmer for around 20mins!. I usually put chopped jalape?os' in mine to for an extra kick!. If its still a bit watery you can turn up the heat
and re-boil it to remove some of the excess water!. or use gravy powder to thicken it a bit!. sometimes i use a square of chocolate to make it a bit more creamy!. this recipe i would usually use to serve 4 people with rice or jacket potato or freeze some and re-heat it another day!.

hope this helpsWww@FoodAQ@Com

1 bundle of spinach, largely chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped or sliced
1-2 table spoons olive oil

? Heat the olive oil in a skillet/wok
? Toss in the chopped onion and garlic until light golden brown!. (Cook for about 3 minutes on high!.)
? Add the spinach, let cook down but do not let it wilt (Cook down to about 1/3)
? Remove mixture from the heat and chill (I usually will place the mixture on a cookie sheet and stick in my freezer till chilled, about 10 min)
? Take mixture of onions, garlic and spinach and strain additional liquids
? Fold mixture into the yogurt and keep chilled until served
