Answers:
Spices, flour, sugar, etc!. are all "supposed" to be kept for only about 6 months!. Honestly though, it's true, as long as there are no bugs crawling around in it, and it's been kept cool and dry, there will be no problem using it :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, you can use it, but the gluten has probably degraded in it!. This won't harm you, but it's thickening properties will be reduced!.!.!.like in making a white sauce!.

There is probably a 24 - 36 month shelf life on flour!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if it was in an air tight container you should be ok!.!.!. i would check for bugs!.!.!. that would be the only thing that would get into the flourWww@FoodAQ@Com

at least 6 months!. put it in the freezer it lasts FOREVER and keeps the buggies out!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

As long as there are no bugs crawling in it it will be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
