Does anyone have a feta cheese salsa/dip recipe?!
I had this really good salsa/dip at work once and it was soo good, but I can't find a recipe for it!. It had feta cheese, beans
(blackbeans I think), corn, and salsa!. That's all that I can remember but I know that there was more in it!. Can anyone help or give me a great recipe for it!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salsa Dip:
1 vine ripe tomato finely diced
1 small can corn kernals
2 tbls chopped corriander
1/2 spanish onion finely diced
100g fetta cheese (danish or bulgarian)
1 small can mixed beans / kidney beans
1tsp cumin powder
2 tbls salsa
splash of olive oil
balsamic vinegar / lemon juice - optional
salt/pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and serve with corn chips or crackers!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup diced tomatoes
2 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (or you could use 3 tablespoon dried basil)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1 cup original rice wine vinegar (or you could use italian dressing)
1 1/2 cup white rice
Directions
Follow directions for cooking rice!.
While rice is cooking, combine the rest of the ingredients except for vinegar/dressing in a large bowl!.
Add rice when done!.
Stir well!.
Add rice wine vinegar (or dressing) and salt and pepper to taste!.
Eat immediately, or chill in fridge to be enjoyed anytime!.

4 oz Can green chiles, drained
4 oz Can black olives, drained
4 Green onions
1 Tomato, chopped & seeded
4 oz Package of tomato-basil feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
Combine all ingredients!.
Toss with salad dressing
Top with cilantro
Serve with tortilla chips or try over pasta!.

Pine Nut and Feta Cheese Dip
Pair this great dip with an assortment of gourmet crackers!.!.!.
? cup toasted pine nuts, chopped
? cup finely chopped red bell pepper
? cup finely chopped fresh parsley
6 oz crumbled feta cheese (easiest to buy it already crumbled)
1 small clove of minced garlic
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium mixing bowl, combine nuts, pepper and parsley!.
Stir feta, garlic and yogurt into the bowl!. Add salt and pepper to taste
8 ounces cream cheese
10 ounces feta cheese
10 ounces spinach
1/4 cup milk
1/2 onions -- chopped
5 cloves garlic -- crushed
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 coriander seeds
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Put the cheeses into a food processor, and mash them down!. You'll need to add milk to get them to blend!. Add just enough so that they blend well!. Then, put the spinach in in small batches until completely mixed in
Pour the mixture into a medium saucepan!. Mix the remaining ingredients in!. Add milk to taste!. Bring it slow boil, and cook until it's a little more liquidy than you want: it'll thicken as it cools!.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread triangles, vegetables or your favorite dippers!.

Basil, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and capers blend with feta cheese in a Mediterranean-flavored dip for crackers!. This dip may be served at room temperature or heated!.

1 (4 ounces) package feta cheese crumbles

4 heaping Tbsp mayonnaise (not low-fat)
1 Tbsp capers (optional)
PREPARATION:
Set aside 1 basil leaf and 1 sundried tomato for garnish!.
In a food processor or blender, blend together basil leaves, sundried tomatoes, oil from tomatoes, feta cheese, artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, and capers until they reach a nice consistency to spread on crackers!.
Place in medium serving dish and garnish dip with 1 fresh basil leaf and one whole sundried tomato!.

1/8 to 1/4 tsp!. garlic powder
1/2 tsp!. onion salt
2 tbsp!. mayonnaise
1 tsp!. lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp!. milk
3 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
Paprika
Combine all ingredients except bacon and paprika!. Process in a blender until smooth!. Stir in bacon and chill!. Garnish with paprika, then serve as a dip with potato chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables!. Makes 1 1/4 cups!.
