Answers:
Use a pizza pan or a large cake pan!.!.!.something with edges!. Line your pan with foil and spray the foil with nonstick spray!. Preheat the oven to 325!.

1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
2 1/4 cup flour
12 oz chocolate chips

Cream butter (or margarine) and sugar together!. Add sugars, egg and vanilla!. Mix until blended, then add baking soda and mix!. Add flour and mix until blended!. Stir in the chocolate chips!. Spread the dough in the prepared pan and bake for about 25 minutes!.!.!.the middle should look dry, not greasy when it's done!. Let it cool in the pan, then use the foil to lift it out!. If it seems soft, leave it in the pan until it's completely cool!.

Peel the foil off and decorate it however you want to!.

Here's a good frosting to decorate it with:

1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup crisco
2 tsp clear vanilla
1 tablespoon meringue powder
4 cups powdered sugar (sifted)
2 tablespoons milk
Pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients well, adding more milk if it's too dry!. You can leave out the meringue powder if you live somewhere that's not too hot or humid, otherwise it's worth buying some to add to your frostings because it helps them stand up to the heat!.
