Question: Does anyone know a good hot sauce for boneless wings!?

The oringial buffalo wings were made with 2 parts RedHot and one part butter!. But you can use any Cayenne pepper Sauce!. Trappeys, Louisianna, Beano's, and even the stores private label will work!. Just keep the right ratio!. I would stay away from the bottled Buffalo Wing Sauces!. They are full of food starch and emulsifiers!. They do this because hot sauce and butter will not stay mixed!. Fry, back or grill your wings first!. Warm the sauce!. Toss the wings in the sauce just prior to serving!. That's the way they do it at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo where Buffalo Wings were created back in 1964!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Use Franks Red Hot and about a half a stick of butter, that's all there is to it!. Just butter and Red Hot!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buffalo wing sauce or hot sauce mixed with butter does just fine, too! You may also add Cajun Seasoning to your chicken before cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
