I have a jar of alfredo sauce that I would like to use for dinner tonight!. I can't decide between having crabmeat alfredo or chicken alfredo!. Do you think it would be weird if I combined the two!? Or should I stick to just one!?

also if you have any chicken or crabmeat alfredo pasta recipes I would GREATLY appreciate it thanks!! I would like to use up the sauce I have in the jar!.

Thanks so much!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Lately I have been making a shrimp and crabmeat lasagne using alfredo sauce!.
You can add marsala to the Alfredo sauce!.
Spread Alfredo sauce in a lasagne pan, then a layer of the pasta;
then put fresh spinach and mushrooms as the first layer;
then lasagne again;
then your cheese layer ( I like ricotta, mozzarella and grated parmesan, romano and asiago w!. an egg mixed into the cheese)!.
Top w another layer of pasta--
then mix a couple of cans of crabmeat w Alfredo sauce and spread on top!. Cover with shrimp and maybe mozzarella and fresh oregano!. Cover w foil and bake it at 375 for 20- 25 min-- remove foil and finish cooking!.
this is a recipe from a fellow contributor here on answers!.!. tried it,it's pretty tasty and easy to make!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would make a casserole with the crabmeat and pasta and alfredo sauce, to that I would also add fresh parm and mushrooms and onions and then top it with the cheese of your choice before baking!.!. I would use Mozzerella or provolone to top it!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's already made so all you need are some items that you fancy!. using both is fine!. you can add some roasted red peppers, roasted garlic, pine nuts and basil!. whatever floats your boat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I will definitely choose chicken only!. while here you can find a lot of tasty recipes! http://allrecipes!.com/Recipe/Chicken-Alf!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would keep it simple with just one!. I personally don't eat crabmeat, so i'm personally going to suggest the chicken!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

chicken for sure!.
i think crab meat is so delicate that the alfredo would over power and you'd lose all the flavor!.
enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
