The reason it sets up after a stint in the fridge is because it has had more time to absorb into the noodles!. Just like a pot roast or turkey, you have to let it sit for a while to aborb all of its juices or it will just run right out!. Tent some foil over it and let it sit for awhile before cutting it!. If that doesn't do the trick, consider changing your noodles!. Have you ever tried the no boil noodles!? This type uses the moisture in your lasagna to soften the noodles, instead of the boil kind that do that step ahead of time!. I would give it a try!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
As a chef I was taught to do lasagna by an Italian chef!. This is the way:
Start with the meat/fish/vegetable sauce, and make sure is on the thick side, not runny!.
Follow with a layer or lasagna sheets!.
Meat/fish, vegetable sauce layer!.
Keep repeating until you get almost to the top and finishing with a lasagna sheets layer!.
Top with white sauce and either sprinkle your favourite cheese or lay slices of mozzarella!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the trick to that is let it rest on the stove top for apx 20 minutes or so , dont worry it will still be hot , but letting it rest will allow all the juices an such to be absorbed in the pasta an verious things you put in it , after it rests you will be able to cut it and serve it w/o slipping outta place , it really works nice , good luck and happy eattingWww@FoodAQ@Com
After browning your meat, drain well and use a tomato paste in your meat sauce!. Make sure your sauce has simmered for a while before you start to layer the lasagna!. After you remove from the oven let rest for 10 minutes before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The lasanga is like that because the meat has juice in it and since you cook it it has the juice in it but that doesn't mean it's bad that means that it's goodWww@FoodAQ@Com
make sure you sauce isnt really thin to begin with and make sure you are draining the meat of all excess fat what I do is after i drain the meat i add it to the sauce which thickens it up and it should be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
that's normal !.!.!.let it set for awhile before you serve it !.!.it will set up alittle!. The reason the juices aren't there when you serve it the next day is because the pasta has had time to absorb all the juices!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Maybe you aren't draining something really well, like the noodles!.!.do you use any fresh veggies like zucchini!? That could be the problem as well, or the meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
The 'no boil' noodles may help absorb the extra moisture!.
also, is your sauce watery to begin with!? Maybe use a little less sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
