Answers:
you can break a little piece of one of the meatballs off and cook it by itself and taste it before you cook the whole batchWww@FoodAQ@Com
you pinch off a piece and fry it up and taste, then adjust seasons if you need to

the recipes sounds good, you might add some parmesan cheese next time and some italian seasons!. also, have a bowl of milk ready and dip your hands in it, then roll the meatball, continue in the same mannor, always dipping between meatballs!. I don't know why ( an Italian freind of mine told me to do that ) but it works fabulous!Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is what I do!. As I am mixing the meat, crumbs, veggies, cheese, salt, pepper, eggs, ect!. I taste just a bit to see what else I want to add!. Sometimes I choose to add red wine, other times, brandy, just depends on what meats I am using!. If I think its too mild I add more of what is missing!. People say don't taste raw meat, but chefs do this!. Make sure the meat is ice cold, really fresh, hasn't been sitting out all day, that wouldn't be safe!. But yes, you can do it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I love making meatballs!!!
I do not fry mine though!.
I make home made sauce in a very large pot - roll the meat and put the meatballs in the sauce - simmer them until cooked!. I do it that way so the outside of the meatball is not hard!.
