I have (2) 2 lb sirloin steaks how is the best way to grill these bad boys?!
should i cook them over open flame or kill the flame and just cook them with a preheated type grill!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Fist of off, yes-the coals must be hot!. BUT keep a spray bottle near by when you grill them!. Spray it when it gets out of hand!. Now it's under control!.
Secondly-Salt and pepper them, those steaks won't need anything else!. Let them sit at room temp!. for about 30 minutes before grilling!. This will distribute juices and it won't "shock" the steak as it would without letting it sit!.
Thirdly-Put them on the grill and leave them!. Cover and for rare meat in about 5 minutes; turn them over!. Cook another 5!.
Cook longer for more doneness!.
Fourthly-Let the steak rest for at least 15 minutes after taking it off the grill, this will redistribute the juices!. If you would cut into it right after, all the juices would run out and it would be dryer than it should be!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You want a REALLY hot fire!. Salt them!. Cook 3 to 5 minutes -turn & cook 3 to 5 mins!.Sear them so the juice stays in!. Yum! Should be nice & tender that way!. You want them pink or red in the middle!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
make sure your grill is REALLY hot!!! season with salt and pepper!. and throw them on , cook till doneness, what ever that may be!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
