You could steam the veggies in the microwave with a few drops of water for about thirty seconds to get the chill and most of the frost off!. Then throw them in with the sauce, add our seasonings, and bring to a boil!. Make sure that you turn the heat down after the sauce boils, cover and simmer, to get the extra water from the veggies out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would just throw the veggies into the sauce!. The only problem with that is when the veggies cook they're going to release a lot of the liquid that's in them (because they've been frozen) so it might thin out your sauce!.

If you want to avoid that, you can always steam the veggies seperatly then just add it to the sauce or pasta just before serving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

thaw the veggies in a colander (to drain away excess water)!. then saute them in some olive oil with garlic (if you don't have fresh use powder), salt and pepper (this will get rid of a bit more moisture and add a depth of flavor)!.

heat your sauce slowly and add the veggies to the sauce when they're done!. voila!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would warm the veggies for two minutes to take the chill off!. Then heat them the rest of the way through by warming both them and the sauce together!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

throw the veggies in teh last 5 minutes of boiling your pasta, then drain them all together and sauce!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
