How many calories are in a chicken ceasar salad??!
I've started to enjoy it alot!. It is my new favorite food!! But i wanna know how many calories I'm takin in!. I do not have a specific restaurant!. So I get it at quizno's and basically anywhere else!. So does anyonw have a rounded figure as to how many calories I'm consuming!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you cut out the flatbread and the dressing, it drops down to 250 calories!. Try skipping the flatbread and using only a tiny bit of dressing!.

Quizno's doesn't have their chicken ceasar salad in their "under 500 calories" section, so it has more than 500!. They won't say how many it does have, though!.

salads are a hard thing to keep track of!. a salad although light actually caries quite a few calories!. a typical Chicken Caesar salad contains some where from 200 to 280 calories!. a great way to keep those numbers down would be to put more vegetables in the salade, like carrots!. It will fill you up and you don't need to use as much dressing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yeah like the first answerer said they're pretty high calorie, but you could save about 100 or so if you got light dressing!. Just try it once & if you like it great, if you don't just go back to regular dressing! =)Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm not sure about how many calories there are in the salads your eating but use this recipe and i know how many calories are in this Caesar Salad!.
**Caesar Salad**
Makes 6 Servings!.
Essential Equipment: Large salad or mixing bowl
*1 large bunch or 2 small bunches romaine
*1 clove garlic
*8 fat anchovy fillets (from 2-ounce can), if desired
*1/3 cup olive or vegetable oil
*3 tablespoons lemon juice
*1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
*1/4 teaspoon salt
*1/4 teaspoon ground mustard (dry)
*Freshly ground pepper
*1 cup garlic-flavored croutons
*1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1!. Remove any limp leaves from the romaine, and discard!. Break remaining leaves off the core, and rinse w/ cool water!. Shake off excess water , and blot dry, or roll up the leaves in a clean kitchen towel or paper towel to dry!. Tear the leaves into bite-size pieces!. you will need about ten cups of romaine pieces!.
2!. Peel the garlic, and cut the clove in half!. Rub the inside of the bowl-a wooden salad bowl works best-with the cut sides of the garlic!. Allow a few small pieces of garlic to remain in the bowl if desired!.
3!. Cut up the anchovies, and place in the bowl!. Add the oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, mustard and pepper!. Mix well with a fork or wire whisk!.
4!. Add the romaine, and toss w/ 2 large spoons or salad tongs until coated w/ the dressing!. Sprinkle the croutons and cheese!. To keep Salad crisp eat immediatley!.
