Making your own hair gel is really easy!. Homemade Hair Gel is good for people with sensitive skin because you would know all the ingredients used!.
Dissolve 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of unflavored gelatin in a cup of warm water!. Keep refrigerated and use as you would a purchased gel!.
Add 2 Tablespoons of flax seed in 1 cup of water and boil them together!. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes!. Keep stirring until a gel is formed!. You can add 1-2 drops your choice of scented oils, or 1 vitamin E capsule if you have damaged hair, or even add pure aloe vera gel for its moisturizing properties!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dissolve ? a teaspoon unflavored gelatin in ? a cup of warm water and put it in the refrigerator!. Stir your homemade gel well before using it!. It will keep for one week!. This gel recipe doubles easily if you use the full amount in just a few days!. For gentler hold, dissolve ? teaspoon of gelatin in one cup of boiling water instead!. To make a nearly unscented gel, boil 2 tablespoons of flax seed in one cup of water for 10 minutes!. Let the mixture sit for an hour then strain well!. Add two or three drops of your favorite essential oil if you prefer a custom-scented hair gel!. This gel provides strong hold, so use it sparingly until you know how it works with your hair and your styling habits!.

Head off to the supermarket and buy a box of plain gelatin!. No, I'm not talking about the flavored kind, but maybe that is worth thinking about too, but for this recipe, you are looking for sachets of unflavored gelatin!. Mix 1 tsp!. of the unflavored gelatin into a cup of warm water and pour it into a clean jar!. Move this to the refrigerator and allow to thicken!. When you need a little gel for your hair, head for the kitchen!. No one will be able to tell the difference!.
