I don't have an exact recipe for my meat loaf but I use a kind lean hamburger, and some times I add an equal amount of sausage to the burger!.

Here is what I also add to my meat loaf sorry I don't have anything exact cuz I do it to feel!. You want to end up with a nice frim feel to the meat loaf!. And you want it to hold a shape nicely!. I also use the same basic ingrediants to make meat balls but when I do meat balls I chop the veggies up smaller!.

Green bell peppers (reds also if I have them)
Onions
Mushrooms
Green Onions
Eggs
Ketchup
Mustard
B-B-Q sauce-sometimes
terriyaki-more for meat balls
worcestershire sauce
Dry ingrediants of some kinds such as oatmeal, dried out bread, slightly crushed Plain cheerios etc!.!.
Mashed potatoes:

Peel the potatoes into chunks; boil just until the potatoes are done!. Be careful not to over boil!. You know they are done if you can easily slide a fork thru the potato!. Drain and either return the potatoes to the pan or into a sturdy bowl!. Mix the potatoes with a hand mixer or mash with an old-school hand potato masher!. Get the potatoes to the desired consistency, slowly fold in butter!. Then add the milk just a small splash at a time, and fold into the potatoes!. Sprinkle with the salt and if you have reg pepper or white pepper add that as well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Combine all ingredients!. Form the mixture into 12 loosely packed "balls!." Lightly spray a 12 count muffin tin with cooking spray!. Place each ball in muffin tin and cover with foil!. Bake in a 350 degree over for 25-30 minutes or until meat is no longer pink inside!. Remove foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes or until outside is browned!. (These freeze very well!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, I do!. Depending on how much ground beef you have, take one or two eggs and beat them!. Don't worry about exact measurements--if it's a small loaf, use one egg, and for a family sized loaf, use two!. Now, crush up some crackers (just plain saltines)!. A rolling pin will work for this!. You want enough crackers to go through your meat!. Put the meat, crackers, and egg in a bowl!. Then chop onions and some chopped sweet pepper to put in!. Add some garlic powder and JUST A TOUCH of cayenne pepper (powdered)!. Rather liberally salt the mixture and add black pepper!. Kneed this mixture until it is well blended, shape it into a loaf, and place it into a loaf pan!. Coat the top generously with Heinz Chilli Sauce!. Ketchup will work as well, but it isn't nearly as good as the chilli sauce!. Bake at 350 until fully cooked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

500gm mince
1 zucchini (grated)
1 carrot (grated)
dried mixed spices (as much as desired)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons tomato paste

Mix all of the above in a bowl making sure the egg especially is well incorparated as this helps the rest to bind!. Place into a greased meatloaf tin and bake at about 180degrees for about 40 min!. Top with grated tasty cheese and return to the oven until melted!. Stand on a wire rack for 5 mins to cool and then serve with mash and steamed greens!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
