Answers:
heres my recipe, it works beautifully, It's delicious, and i'm 13!!!

(1 eggcup full)

1 tablespoon butter (NOT margarine)

1 teaspoon fresh garlic (crushed)

1/2 teaspoon garlic puree (optional - use more fresh if not)

1 teaspoon mixed herbs (dried or fresh)

1/4 teaspoon oregano!.

You probably won't need any more!.

- SOFTEN (DON'T fry) the crushed garlic in a small saucepan, over a low heat!.

- Add the garlic paste, stirring quickly!.

- Add the butter, stirring continuously!.

- Turn off heat, and stir in the herbs and oregano!.

- Fill a bowl with cold water, and WITHOUT letting the water get in the pan, dunk the pan in the bowl, mixing quickly as not to let it solidify!.

- Pour into something small like an eggcup, or a small ramekin!.

- Chill for a few hours in a fridge, or put in freezer for about 45mins!.

Hope you enjoy it!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
