The way we usually eat Polish sausage is to cook it in a casserole dish with sauerkraut (drained and rinsed) and a little bit of chopped onion!. You can add caraway seeds and/or seasonings such as salt, pepper, and onion powder for extra flavor!. Cook it at 350 degrees for about an hour, a little longer if you want your sauerkraut to be more tender!. Pair it with mashed potatoes or potato-and-cheddar pierogis!. Delicious! :-)

steam, or boil or fry or bake them, they can be cooked the same way you'd cook a hot dog!. slice them up and toss them in a pot with wide egg noodles, red bell pepper and broccoli and mushrooms if you like!. their use is versatile, add slices of sausage to red beans and rice!. put it in a bun and eat it like a hot dog with mustard!. eat it with cabbage, or greens!. mix it in with scallop potato's, you can find lots of recipes on-line just type in polish sausage recipesWww@FoodAQ@Com
You can grill it, or you can put it in a frying pan on the stove!. If you grill it, just put the sausages on the grill whole, but if you cook it on the stove, I suggest you cut it in half lengthwise first!. That will help brown the inside and it will be really good!. You can serve just about anything with it, or you can even cook it in a casserole dish!. Macaroni and Cheese with polish sausage is good together, or you can fry some sliced potatoes and cabbage with the sausages, we do that every once in a while!.
