Answers:
Paula Deen is by far the best!. I made her pumpkin bar recipe for a bake sale our town was having and they were the first thing to sell!! Here's the recipe: Enjoy!!
Bars:
4 eggs
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
15-ounce can pumpkin
2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
Icing:
8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F!.
Using an electric mixer at medium speed, combine the eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin until light and fluffy!. Stir together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda!. Add the dry ingredients to the pumpkin mixture and mix at low speed until thoroughly combined and the batter is smooth!. Spread the batter into a greased 13 by 10-inch baking pan!. Bake for 30 minutes!. Let cool completely before frosting!. Cut into bars!.

To make the icing: Combine the cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth!. Add the sugar and mix at low speed until combined!. Stir in the vanilla and mix again!. Spread on cooled pumpkin bars!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

My favorite is Alton Brown! He shows you the science behind cooking!. Not just how to cook but why you need certain things to cook, and shows you awesome new techniques in cooking! Everything he makes turns out awesome! One Thanksgiving I made his awesome turkey, it's hardcore but it involves thawing the turkey in your bathtub overnight, then letting it brine in a saltwater solution, then buttering it up and baking it!. Okay so maybe it was a lot of work but you will never have a turkey so good as Alton's! Unfortunately I'm too lazy to find the recipe in my magazine and type it up haha but maybe it's online somewhere!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ina Garten, aka the Barefoot Contessa on the Food Network!. ALL her recipes are amazing! Every one of them that I've tried has come out great, you just can't go wrong with her! She's down to earth, she doesn't yell and get freaky and she doesn't have an overblown ego!

I LOVE her and any recipe you make from her, you will love!

The first thing I made from her recipes that was a HUGE hit with my family was her oven fried chicken and mashed potatos EVERYONE in the house loved it and you'd never know that the chicken wasn't fully fried and that it was fried a little and then baked the rest of the way in the oven, there was NO way to tell that, it was that good!

I LOVE her and think she's great! She doesn't get enough attention, she deserves way more than what she gets!Www@FoodAQ@Com
