Answers:
Choice of: Carrots and peanut butter/banana and peanut butter/ just a banana if your allergic to peanuts/Carrots for the same reason at the banana/ or pretzels and cream cheese!.


Any healthy drink such as: Chocolate milk/white milk/ water

Sandwhich/ turkey cheesse and mayo, or p&j (sorry! it just goes with it!)

And a little tiny snack like a fruit roll-up/fruit by the foot/ or a bag of mini cookiesWww@FoodAQ@Com

Try a chef salad, your choice of lean meats, lettuce, boiled egg sliced and cheese!.!.!. just watch your dressing or the calories add up!.

A lettuce leaf, cottage cheese and a single serving of tuna that is packed in water!.

1 piece of wheat bread, lean lunch meat, 1 slice of swiss cheese broiled until cheese melts!.

Yougart cup with some granola sprinkles and a couple of slices of your favorite fruit!.

Get creative with the healthy ingredients that you like!.!.!. you can have breakfast for lunch if you like!.!.!. try a healthy omlet , they don't take alot of time and supply the protein to sustain you through the afternoon!.

Pinwheel sandwiches:
Salmon creamed cheese
celery raisin walnut cream cheese

French stick:
lettuce, cucumber, ham, cheese, salami, alph alpha sprouts, spring onions, and any other fillings you like!.
Halve and butter French stick,
Put all in different combinations!.
Slice into as many as you like

Pasta Salad, Wraps (A healthier rap would be turkey, cheese, low-fat ranch dressing, lettuce, tomato, and onion on a wheat tortilla), steamed veggies with white rice, hot dogs, fresh salad w| romaine, carrots, spinach leaves, tomatoes, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

two ears corn cut off cob( not cooked0
1 LG cucumber
1 onion
2 or 3 small yellow squash
little head cauliflower
small green or red tomato
chop all in small pieces cover with Italian dressing

i make my kids panini sandwiches!.!.Get panini buns, pesto on one side,with goat cheese,grilled chicken strips,sun-dried tomato paste on the other bread and toast em in a pan!. let it cool and put in a bag,it's amazingly tastyWww@FoodAQ@Com

Cottage Cheese and Canned (or Fresh) Fruit

Chicken or Tuna Salad

Deli Meat & Cheese Roll-Ups (layer meat and cheese, roll into tubes and eat, dip in mustard if you like)
