Wet Ingredients:
1 C dairy free margarine, softened
1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 C granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Tbs flaxseed meal + 3 Tbs water
Dry Ingredients:
1 1/2 C all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Additional:
3 C uncooked oats
1 C raisins
Preheat oven to 350°F!. Line standard cookie sheets with parchment paper!. Mix flaxseed meal with water and set aside!. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside!.
Cream margarine with a mixer until fluffy!. Add sugar and continue to mix until fluffy again!. Slow mixer and add vanilla and flaxseed meal mixture!. Slowly add dry ingredients until completely incorporated!. Stir oats and raisins into the dough by hand until evenly distributed!.
Drop(!) by tablespoonfuls onto prepped cookie sheet about two inches apart!. For thick cookies, leave dough as it is!. For more traditional looking cookies, gently smooth the top!. (They will spread somewhat, so they do not need to be completely shaped!.) Bake for ten to twelve minutes, until edges just begin to brown!.
Allow to cool in place at least five minutes!. If you move the individual cookies sooner, they will crumble! After five minutes, slide a cooling rack under the parchment paper and lift from cookie sheet!. Allow to cool most of the way to room temperature while still on the parchment before picking up and consuming chewy goodnessWww@FoodAQ@Com

I found this recipe, hope it's good enough!. =)

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Ingredients:
1 1/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Rolled Oats
1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
1/4 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Banana, Mashed
1/2 Cup Raisins
1/4 Cup Soymilk
Begin by preheating your oven to 350 degrees!.
Mix together your dry ingredients, namely the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon!. Afterwards, slowly add in the maple syrup, sugar, vanilla, and mashed banana!. Make sure the batter is mixed well!. It will be a somewhat dry batter so that you can roll balls in your palms and then flatten them on the cookie sheet!. If it’s still too dry to do so, you can always add some extra soymilk until you’re happy with the consistency!.
Place parchment paper onto your baking sheet and distribute your cookie rounds evenly on top!. Make sure you’re happy with the sizes before baking, because these really won’t spread very much!. Slide your cookies into the oven for approximately 8-10 minutes!. Don’t wait for them to brown, because then they’ll probably already be burnt!. They look almost uncooked when they’re done, so don’t worry about their appearance too much!.
You should get somewhere in the neighborhood of 25 medium sized cookies, but it depends on what you consider medium!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
