Old pillsbury recipe - Hot Dog S'mores?!

Question: Old pillsbury recipe - Hot Dog S'mores!?
Answers:
Hot Dog S'mores
1 lb frankfurters (we use beef, turkey, or chicken)
2 cups mashed potato flakes (we do it with real potatoes)
1 Tbsp butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
4 or 5 slices american cheese (it's great with other kinds of cheese, too)

Combine 1/4 cup potato flakes with butter and set aside!.

Split frankfurters in half lengthwise and place half of them, cut side up, on a cookie sheet with sides touching!.

Prepare 4 servings of mashed potatoes as directed on package, decreasing water to 3/4 cup!. Add egg!.

Spread potatoes over frankfurters and top with 2 to 3 slices of cheese!. Cover with remaining frankfurters and top with remaining cheese!.

Sprinkle with buttered potato flakes!. Secure with toothpicks and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or so until golden brown!.

Note: If you don't have instant potatoes, use leftover mashed potatoes in this recipe!. Still add the egg and rather than sprinkling with buttered potato flakes, put a little of the mashed potatoes on top and sprinkle with paprika!. This dish is real easy and great for leftover mashed potatoes and those last 2 hot dogs!Www@FoodAQ@Com
