Question: What do you think will be a good substitute for cumin!?
I'm making black bean burgers!. It calls for tomatoes sauce, bread crumbs, cilantro (I have fresh) and cumin!.

Cumin is a critical ingredient of chili powder so I would use a little Chili powder!.

I would not use corriander, it would change the flavors considerably, see below:
